Upstage Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive KRW 560,000 million in a round of funding on April 30, 2026. The transaction will include participation from new investor Korea National Growth Fund, a fund managed by KDB Investment Co., Ltd. for KRW 100,000 million, returning investor Korea Development Bank, Investment Arm for KRW 30,000 million and KRW 430,000 million from private investor including SK Networks Company Limited, Sazze Partners, Inc., Woori Venture Partners Co., Ltd and Mirae Asset Venture Investment Co., Ltd. The transaction is approved by deliberation committee of The Financial Services Commission.
