Tokyo Century Corporation (TSE:8439) entered into agreement to acquire 49% stake in 67 MW Breach solar farm in Cambridgeshire from Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (LSE:ORIT) on December 22, 2025. The proceeds from the two sales received will be used to pay down leverage, in-line with the Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc capital allocation objectives set in March 2025. In a related transaction Tokyo Century Corporation entered into agreement to acquire 51% stake in 46 MW Crossdykes onshore wind farm in Scotland from Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc
