Tokyo Century Corporation and Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Scsp, managed by Octopus Renewables Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 51% stake in 46 MW Crossdykes Onshore Wind Farm in Scotland from Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc.

Tokyo Century Corporation (TSE:8439) and Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Scsp, managed by Octopus Renewables Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 51% stake in 46 MW Crossdykes Onshore Wind Farm in Scotland from Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc (LSE:ORIT) on December 22, 2025. Tokyo Century Corporation will acquire 49%, and the remaining 2% will be acquired by the Octopus Energy Generation-managed Octopus Renewables Infrastructure SCSp fund, which already owns 49% of this asset, at the same valuation.

Completion is expected to occur next week.
