Thai Union Group Public Company Limited at its AGM to be held on 08 April 2026, proposed the appropriation of the net profit for the dividend payment for the fiscal year 2025 in an amount not exceeding at THB 2,698.57 million. However, the Company paid out the interim dividend payment at THB 1,349.28 million (equivalent to THB 0.35 per share) on 1 September 2025. Therefore, the dividend to be paid this time will be approximately THB 1,349.28 million i.e. THB 0.35 per share.
Record Date on 4 March 2026 and dividend will be paid on 24 April 2026. The right to receive the dividend is still uncertain until it has been approved by the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Ex-dividend date 02 March 2026.
