Tem-Energy Limited announced that it has raised $75 million in a round of funding led by new investor Lightspeed Ventures, LLC on February 9, 2026. The transaction included participation from new investors Hitachi Ventures GmbH, Voyager Partners Management LLC, Schroders Capital Real Estate Hotels, Allianz SE and returning investors AlbionVC, Revent Capital GmbH, Atomico (UK) Partners LLP. As part of this transaction, Lightspeed partner Paul Murphy will join board of the company.
The Company has raised $94 million in total funding till date. The Company issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction.
