The Board of Synectics plc recommended final dividend of 2.8 pence per share for the ended 30 November 2025 (FY24: 2.5 pence per share). With an interim dividend of 2.2 pence per share already paid in 2025, the proposed FY25 total dividend is 5 pence per share (FY24: 4.5 pence per share). The final dividend will be paid on 29 May 2026 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 1 May 2026 with an ex-dividend date of 30 April 2026.
