The new business plan, backed by its shareholders, outlines a three-pronged strategic pivot aimed at positioning Symbio in the emerging hydrogen mobility and stationary power markets.

The company first aims to continue the industrialization of a 75kW hydrogen fuel cell tailored for both stationary and mobility applications. This technology is already in road use, powering coaches in France and heavy-duty trucks in the United States. It proved its performance under ultra-demanding conditions by powering the eight off-road vehicles in the Extreme H championship, the world's first hydrogen racing competition held in October 2025. It is also in the final phase of large-scale testing for data center power supply. Production capacity will gradually scale up at the SymphonHy gigafactory, Europe's largest integrated fuel cell production site.

Furthermore, the company is counting on the development of a new generation 150kW hydrogen fuel cell. Symbio specifies that this technology, which is already protected by 29 patents, is designed to address decarbonization and power management challenges for high-power energy infrastructure and long-haul transport by 2030.

Finally, the group is offering support to 'early adopters' in their hydrogen-electric transition. Leveraging its comprehensive expertise in hydrogen fuel cells (components, stacks, and systems), Symbio provides pioneers of this technological shift with integrated product-service solutions at every stage of their projects.
