Swelect Energy Systems Limited announced that at the board meeting held on May 21, 2026, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of INR 3.50/- (Rupees Three and fifty paise only) per Equity share of face value INR 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders at the upcoming AGM, will be paid/credited to the members on August 13, 2026.
