His expertise is particularly strong in vendor management, including comprehensive vendor assessment, finalization, and development processes, ensuring cost effective, high-quality sourcing aligned with business needs. He has demonstrated excellence in handling complex EXIM (import-export) procurement operations, leveraging his deep knowledge of domestic and global sourcing methodologies to optimize supply chains and enhance vendor collaboration. He has successfully led strategic sourcing initiatives for multi-gigawatt solar projects, managing annual procurement budgets exceeding 3000 Crore, and driving centralized vendor management and global benchmarking.

Srinivas excels in procurement strategy development that contributes significantly to inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and cost leadership. His proven skills in contract management, negotiation, and post- order expediting ensure timely project execution and robust supplier relationships.
