Swedish Logistic Property signed a new 5-year lease agreement with GW Asfalt & Trädgårdsanläggning AB for the properties Lyftkranen 2 and Lyftkranen 6 in Huddinge. The lease covers a total of 975 square meters and runs from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 1.5 million and the agreement is fully indexed.
The properties, which are built together and previously vacant, are now fully leased.
