Suncorp Group Limited announced the appointment of Ms Yen Saw as a non-executive director. Ms Saw?s appointment will take effect following the completion of all required regulatory and other processes, which are expected to be satisfied by June 30, 2026. Ms Saw brings more than 30 years?
experience in governance and executive leadership across insurance, reinsurance, financial services and consulting industries, with strong credentials in technology-led strategic transformation leadership and oversight. Based in Singapore, Ms Saw is currently a non-executive director of Manulife (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Ms Saw has also served for more than six years as a non-executive director on the QBE Asia Advisory board, which oversees QBE?s operations in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Ms Saw will step down from her QBE roles prior to her Suncorp Board appointment becoming effective.
