The Norwegian rig operator Subsea 7, through its subsidiary Seaway 7, has been awarded a major contract by Ocean Winds for the BC-Wind project in the Baltic Sea, approximately 23 kilometers off the coast of Poland.
"We look forward to supporting Ocean Winds in the BC-Wind project and continuing to contribute to Poland's offshore wind ambitions with our third contract in this market," said Seaway 7 CEO Stuart Fitzgerald in a press release.
