Credit management firm Intrum has set the terms for its previously announced 7.5 billion kronor capital raise. The terms for the 6.0 billion kronor rights issue are 18:1, meaning one existing share entitles the holder to subscribe for 18 new shares at a subscription price of 2.45 kronor per share. The company is also conducting a 1.5 billion kronor directed share issue under the same terms.
Harish Krishnaswamy, Head of the Wireless business area, has sold his entire shareholding in technology company Sivers Semiconductor for just under 100 million kronor. The stock has rallied sharply in recent months.
The bidding consortium Tabellae Bidco is launching a takeover bid for all shares in software company Formpipe Software, currently in the process of changing its name to Lasernet Group, at 30 kronor per share in cash. This represents a bid premium of 54 percent compared to the closing price on June 3. The bidding consortium controls 54.3 percent of the shares in Formpipe.
Biotechnology company Xbrane Biopharma has had its resubmitted Biologics License Application for its Lucentis biosimilar candidate accepted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The agency has set a BsUFA date of October 29, when the review is expected to be completed.
Consumer prices in Sweden rose more than expected in May, according to the flash CPI. The CPI increased by 0.8 percent on an annual basis, compared to expectations of 0.5 percent. Preliminary estimates indicate that energy and service prices drove the increase.
The opposition holds a clear lead over the Tidö parties, according to Statistics Sweden's (SCB) major party preference survey. The Liberals (L) receive 2.5 percent, remaining well below the 4 percent threshold. The S, V, MP, and C parties combined reach 55.2 percent in the poll, compared to the Tidö parties (M, SD, KD, and L) at 42.6 percent.
