Packaging firm Billerud's adjusted EBITDA for the first quarter was significantly weaker than analyst forecasts, while revenue exceeded consensus. The company expects to restore a strong underlying profitability level in the second quarter.
Engineering consultancy Sweco's EBITA came in below analyst expectations, while revenue was in line with consensus.

Outdoor apparel brand Revolution Race saw a significant increase in operating profit for the third quarter of its broken fiscal year, with revenue also rising. The company noted continued sales growth during the first weeks of April.
Audiobook specialist Storytel reported lower-than-expected revenue for the first quarter, while EBITDA was in line with expectations.
Measurement technology group Hexagon has set the timetable for the spin-off of its subsidiary Octave, which will be distributed to shareholders. Hexagon will trade ex-rights to Octave on May 21, with Octave expected to begin trading on May 25.
S&P Global Ratings has revised its outlook for real estate company Castellum to negative from stable, while affirming its BBB credit rating. The outlook reflects the risk of a downgrade within 12-24 months if leverage remains high and operational performance weakens.
Maha Capital has signed a non-binding letter of intent with the SPAC Blue Water Acquisition Corp IV regarding a merger that could lead to a New York Stock Exchange listing. The reference valuation stands at SEK 4.52 billion. Following the transaction, a split into two separate listed entities is planned: a fintech company based on KEO World and an energy company with exposure to the Venezuelan oil firm PetroUrdaneta.
