Sonder Holdings Inc. along with its nine affiliates, filed a voluntary petition for liquidation under Chapter 7 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on November 14, 2025. The debtor listed both its assets and liabilities in the range of $1 billion to $10 billion. The debtor is represented by Laura Davis Jones of Pachulski, Stang, Ziehl & Jones LLP as its legal counsel.

Ricardo Palacio has been appointed as the case trustee.
