(Alliance News) - Softlab Spa announced on Monday the acquisition of business units from Synthesis, a company operating in IT consulting and facility management.

The total consideration for the transfer of the business units amounts to EUR1.5 million, which will enable the company to strengthen its presence in high value-added IT contracts, as well as to enter a new market in facility management.

Softlab rises by 2.1% to EUR1.24 per share.
