Società Reale Mutua di Assicurazioni acquired 80% stake in Lifenet S.r.l. from Exor N.V. (ENXTAM:EXO) for an estimated ?600 million on February 16, 2026. The valuation is based on industry speculation as reported by Global Banking & Finance Review. On completion, the founder Nicola Bedin retained 20% through the family's holding company Invin S.R.L.
