SLP Takes Ownership of the Fourth and Final Property in the Sale and Leaseback Deal with DSV

SLP has taken ownership of the previously announced logistics property Benkammen 20, of approximately 25,000 square meters, in Malmo after approval from the Swedish Inspectorate for Strategic Products (ISP). The property is the fourth and final property in the sale and leaseback deal with DSV, with a total property value of SEK 1.1 billion. The deal was announced on November 28, 2025, when SLP took ownership of the three properties in Helsingborg, Vasteras and Boras.

The ISP approval was the final condition for completing the acquisition.
