Logistics real estate company SLP, Swedish Logistic Property, has signed a new five-year lease agreement with GW Asfalt & Trädgårdsanläggningar regarding the properties Lyftkranen 2 and Lyftkranen 6 in Huddinge.

The agreement covers a total of 975 square meters and runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031. The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 1.5 million, and the contract is fully indexed.

The interconnected properties were previously vacant but are now fully let following this agreement.

'This lease demonstrates continued solid demand for strategically located and flexible premises in the Stockholm area, while allowing us to reach full occupancy in these properties,' says CEO Filip Persson in a statement.
