Logistics real estate company SLP, Swedish Logistic Property, has signed a lease agreement with Meds Apotek for approximately 19,300 square meters in the logistics property Litografen 8 in Eskilstuna.

The agreement runs for 5.5 years, with the move-in date set for August 1, 2026, when the current tenant Tamro will vacate the premises ahead of schedule. The property has a total area of approximately 27,000 square meters.
