The Stockholm Stock Exchange is trading in a mixed trend at midday on Wednesday. Performance is similar on the London and Frankfurt exchanges, while Paris is underperforming with a notable decline. Brent crude has risen slightly and is currently trading around 96.50 dollars per barrel.

The US and Iran have reached an "agreement in principle" to extend the ceasefire, according to reports from AP. The news triggered no significant reaction on the market.

At 1:00 PM, the OMXS30 index was up 0.19 percent at 3,137.28. Shares worth approximately 6.8 billion kronor had changed hands on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.

Among the major industrial sectors, healthcare saw the best performance with a 0.9 percent gain. At the other end of the spectrum, energy lagged behind, falling 0.2 percent.

Among the blue-chip stocks in the OMXS30 index, Evolution rose 2.2 percent while Atlas Copco A gained 1.1 percent. Tele 2 B saw the weakest performance, down 0.4 percent, while H&M B slipped 0.3 percent.

Volatile trading continues for tech company Sivers Semiconductor, which is surging on very high volume. The company has entered into a partnership with contract manufacturer Jabil regarding an energy-efficient optical transceiver module for AI data centers. The stock is climbing 28 percent and has now skyrocketed 380 percent in a month.

The first-quarter earnings season is underway, with investment companies dominating today's agenda.

IT reseller Dustin reported second-quarter revenue that exceeded expectations. Operating profit of 42 million kronor was perfectly in line with Bloomberg consensus estimates. Adjusted EBITA amounted to 103 million kronor, compared to 110 million last year.
The stock is rising 7.5 percent.

Among investment firms, Öresund increased its net asset value (NAV) by 9.4 percent in the first quarter, significantly outperforming its benchmark index, which rose 1.2 percent. However, the stock is falling 3.8 percent, weighed down by a "sell" recommendation from Dagens Industri, which noted that the shares are trading at a 20 percent premium to NAV.

Sector peer Creades fared worse, reporting a negative return on NAV of 4 percent for the quarter. The stock is down 0.6 percent.

Another investment company reporting figures is VEF, which is dropping 6.7 percent. At the end of the quarter, NAV per share stood at 0.40 dollars, compared to 0.43 dollars at the turn of the year.

Payment services provider Qliro's rights issue was oversubscribed, raising 60 million kronor before transaction costs. The stock is down 0.6 percent.

Negotiations regarding the pricing of Bioarctic's Alzheimer's drug Lecanemab (Leqembi) have stalled. Regional authorities consider the price too high and are unwilling to subsidize the treatment, according to Sveriges Radio. The stock is up 0.8 percent.

Leisure products company Dometic is climbing 6.5 percent after Nordea upgraded its recommendation to "buy" from "hold."

SEB raised its rating for Husqvarna to "hold" from "sell." The stock is up 3.2 percent.

Thule is rising 2.3 percent as Handelsbanken initiated coverage with a "buy" rating.

Autoliv slipped 0.9 percent after Jefferies dropped its "buy" rating and downgraded the stock to "hold."

Furthermore, Nordea raised its rating for Sandvik to "hold" from "sell." The stock is up 0.3 percent.

Hanza is falling sharply by 12 percent after Nordea dropped its "buy" rating and downgraded the stock to "hold."
