The board of directors of Sinotrans Limited announced that, pursuant to Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, due to the work adjustment, the process agent of the Company for accepting service of process and notice on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to Ms. Gao Ruowei. In addition, the address of the representative office of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to 13A, China Merchants Logistics Center, 38 Hong Wan Road, Tsing Yi, NT, Hong Kong, China. The above changes will take effect from 29 January 2026.
