(Alliance News) - Snam Spa has announced the appointment of Silvia Marinari as the company's new Chief People Officer & Corporate Services.
With over 30 years of experience in human resources, Marinari has held roles of increasing responsibility across various industrial sectors, both in Italian and multinational companies.
Prior to joining Snam, Silvia Marinari served as Chief Human Resources & Organisation Officer at Tinexta Spa. She has also been Human Resources Director at Terna Spa, AgustaWestland, Selex Elsag, Comau, and Marconi, overseeing all HR levers for the execution of challenging strategic plans and business transformation projects. Previously, she held key HR positions at Pirelli Spa, Poste Italiane Spa, Accenture, and Recordati Spa.
Silvia Marinari, who will report to CEO Agostino Scornajenchi, will assume her new role as of September 15 and does not currently hold any ordinary shares in Snam.
The company also announced that, as of October 31, Fabrizio Rutschmann will leave Snam to embark on a new phase in his professional career.
Snam shares closed up 0.5% on Thursday at EUR5.07 per share.
