Shoppers Stop Limited announced that Mr. Karunakaran Mohanasundaram resigned as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company to pursue an alternate career opportunity outside the organization, effective from the close of business hours on February 17, 2026. Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi was appointed as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from April 1, 2026. Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi is a Chartered Accountant and also holds a master?s degree in commerce.
He brings a wealth of experience in steering financial strategy for high-growth enterprises across the Telecom, Aviation, and Media & Entertainment industries. Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi has held CFO positions at Saregama India Limited and Go Airlines India Ltd. and key roles at Vodafone, Reliance Jio, and Hitachi. The appointment was based on recommendations from the Nomination, Remuneration, and Corporate Governance Committee and approved by the Audit Committee.
The changes were disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024. The board meeting was held on February 10, 2026.
