Shanghai Liliang Medical Technology Co., Ltd announced that it will receive CNY 15 million in a round of funding on August 21, 2025. The transaction will include participation from new investors APT Medical Inc. for CNY 5 million, Shanghai Huishen Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) for CNY 2 million, Shanghai Huizhen Venture Capital Center (Limited Partnership) for CNY 2 million and individual investor Cheng Zhenghui for CNY 6 million. The transaction is approved in the third special meeting of independent directors in 2025 and the 24th meeting of the second board of directors.
