Vestia, a subsidiary of construction group Sentia, has signed an agreement with the Municipality of Kungälv to construct two ice rinks as part of the Kungälv Arena project. The phase two contract is valued at approximately SEK 605 million, according to a press release.

The project is being executed through a strategic partnership and includes a bandy hall designed for large-scale events, as well as rinks for figure skating and ice hockey, along with all associated facilities.

Construction is scheduled to commence in August this year, with completion expected during 2028. Kungälv Arena is being developed as a major hub for sports, culture, and events.
