Salazar Resources Limited announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 11,000,000 shares at a price of CAD 0.13 per share for gross proceeds of up to CAD 1,430,000 on December 3, 2025. The transaction will include participation from certain insiders. Finder's fees may be payable on a portion of the financing.

All securities to be issued in the private placement are subject to a four-month hold period and to all necessary regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
