Addressing shareholders, Jean-Dominique Senard announced that he will step down as Chairman of the Board of Renault upon the expiration of his mandate in 2027.
He stated: 'I have had the honour of chairing the Renault Group for seven years now, and I have one year remaining to complete my term'.
He further added that he would ensure his succession is managed with the objective of protecting the interests of the company and its employees.
Jean-Dominique Senard currently works at Renault SA, as Chairman from 2019, Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA, as Lead Independent Director, Renault SAS, as Director from 2020, and Fives SA, as Member-Supervisory Board. Mr. Senard also formerly worked at Compagnie Générale des Établissements Michelin SCA, as Chief Executive Officer & General Partner from 2012 to 2019, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., as Vice Chairman from 2019 to 2025, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Enterprises, as Chairman, Entreprises pour l'Environnement, as Chairman, SEB SA, as Independent Director from 2009 to 2013, Pechiney SA, as Head-Primary Aluminum Sector from 2001 to 2004, and Compagnie Financiere du Groupe Michelin, as Managing Partner from 2013 to 2017. Mr. Senard received his graduate degree from École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris.

- services (10.2%): financing services for vehicle sales (purchasing, renting, leasing, etc.; RCI Banque), related services (maintenance, warranty extension, assistance, etc.) and mobility services.
