Redeye takes a positive view of Scandinavian Enviro terminating its JV agreements with Infiniteria as part of its restructuring, as loss-making commitments are eliminated and strategic flexibility is enhanced.

"We view this step positively, as the negotiating position now shifts in Enviro's favor, although legal uncertainty remains and a settlement with Infiniteria will be crucial to unlocking value," the research house wrote in a commentary.

"From our perspective, the termination is a constructive and necessary step made possible by the restructuring, allowing Enviro to break free from value-destroying commitments and reassess its strategic positioning. However, we expect Infiniteria to react, potentially through legal action, which would likely be handled within the framework of the ongoing restructuring," the firm continued.

Redeye also points out that the underlying industrial projects appear to remain intact.
