RAYMOND JAMES announced that Greg Goldberg was hired as director to lead multifamily housing finance coverage in the western United States as the firm expands its public finance capabilities. Goldberg joins from RBC Capital Markets, where he led West Coast housing production within the multifamily housing sector for six years. Before RBC, he spent nearly 20 years at Citi Community Capital, building experience across affordable and workforce housing financings involving public offerings, private placements and bank and agency debt products.
