Ray, Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Digital Officer of Radian Group Inc. provided the Company with notice of his decision to retire from his role and the Company, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Ray?s decision to retire is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company?s operations, policies or practices.
