(Alliance News) - ProSieben, MFE's German subsidiary, has appointed Michael Eifler and Simone Sole to its supervisory board with immediate effect, as recommended by the court, Il Corriere della Sera reported on Friday.
Both will be confirmed by shareholders at the next meeting.
They replace Klara Brachtlova and Christoph Mainusch of Ppf, who resigned after the completion of the takeover bid with which MFE took control of the Bavarian broadcaster, the newspaper continues.
Recalling their roles, Eifler, a partner at the Frankfurt law firm Eifler Grandpierre Weber Rechtsanwälte, has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate law and supporting Italian companies in Germany. Sole, MFE's chief financial officer, has over 20 years of management experience in the media sector.
