Prisma Properties AB (publ) (OM:PRISMA) acquired portfolio of ten grocery store properties of Kesko Oyj (HLSE:KESKOB) for ?59 million on November 19, 2025. A consideration of ?59 million will be paid by Prisma Properties AB (publ). As part of consideration, ?59 million is paid towards assets of portfolio of ten grocery store properties of Kesko Oyj. The transaction is debt-free.

Lauri Ruokonen, Markus Juvala and Erkki Hakala of Catella Property Oy acted as financial advisor for Kesko Oyj. Antti Kaakkola, Elina Marttala and Jenni Korhonen of Asianajotoimisto Castrén & Snellman Oy acted as legal advisor for Prisma Properties AB.
