(Alliance News) - Poste Italiane Spa announced that it purchased 570,234 of its own ordinary shares between May 8 and May 13.

The shares were acquired at an average unit price of approximately EUR23.84, for a total consideration of EUR13.6 million.

To date, the company holds 12.7 million treasury shares, representing just under 1.0% of its share capital.
