Perseus Inc. announced that it has KRW 16,000 million raised in a round of funding co-led by new investor NongHyup Bank, NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. on June 9, 2026. The transaction include participation from new investors Korea Development Bank, Pathfinder H, Daishin Securities Co.,Ltd, WWG ASSET MANAGEMENT Co., Ltd. The company has issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction. The company has raised total KRW 30,000 million till date.
