On December 8, shares of gaming company Embracer are trading ex-rights to shares in Coffee Stain, whose stock is set to debut on First North this Thursday, December 11.
The terms are 1:1, meaning that one Embracer share entitles the holder to one Coffee Stain share.
As of 1:30 p.m., Embracer's share price had dropped by 29 percent, or SEK 24.84, to the latest price of SEK 60.65.
Pareto stated in a comment on Monday that it values Coffee Stain shares at SEK 31.50.
Regarding the remaining Embracer entity--which, following the spin-offs of Asmodee in February and now Coffee Stain in December, plans to change its name to Fellowship Entertainment--the broker has set a fair value of SEK 108.50 per share.
