Paradox Interactive AB (publ) at its Annual General Meeting held on May 12, 2026, approved the ordinary dividend of SEK 5 per share in accordance with the proposal of the board of directors, with 15 May 2026 as record date for dividends. Payment of the dividend is expected to be made by Euroclear on 20 May 2026.
