Ocado Group plc is a global technology business redefining e-commerce, fulfilment, and logistics in online grocery and beyond. The Companyâs segments include Retail, Logistics, and Technology Solutions. The Retail segment provides online grocery and general merchandise offerings to customers within the United Kingdom and relates entirely to the Ocado Retail joint venture. The Logistics segment provides the customer fulfilment centers (CFCs) and logistics services for customers in the United Kingdom (Wm Morrison Supermarkets Limited and Ocado Retail Limited). The Technology Solutions segment provides end-to-end online retail and automated storage and retrieval solutions for general merchandise to corporate customers both in and outside of the United Kingdom.
