(Alliance News) - Heightened tensions in the Middle East have prompted Nusco to halt its acquisition of Unique Façade Aluminium Works, a company with over 25 years of experience in manufacturing aluminium, glass, steel, and stainless steel components for private clients, architects, and contractors.

As reported by MF-Milano Finanza on Thursday, the two companies reached a mutual agreement to terminate negotiations, which had commenced on February 12 with the signing of a letter of intent. The decision was formalised yesterday afternoon. The move is attributed to the current geopolitical climate, which is deemed unfavourable for the completion of the transaction.

Despite the withdrawal, both parties remain open to revisiting a potential collaboration in the future, should the regional situation stabilise.
