Novo Nordisk has notified the AMF that it crossed below the 5% voting rights threshold on March 31, followed by the 5% capital threshold on April 1, in Innate Pharma, following the sale of shares on the open market.
The Danish pharmaceutical group specified that, following these transactions, it holds 4,636,451 Innate shares representing an equivalent number of voting rights, or 4.95% of the capital and 4.91% of the voting rights of the French biotech company.
Innate Pharma is a clinical-stage biotechnology company specialized in immuno-oncology and dedicated to improving cancer treatment through innovative therapeutic antibodies that exploit the immune system. Innate Pharma's broad antibody portfolio includes several potential «first-in-class» candidates in clinical and preclinical stages in cancers with high medical need.
