Telecom equipment maker Nokia has issued 500 million euro in senior unsecured notes under its EMTN program. The bonds mature in June 2032 and carry a fixed annual coupon of 3.625 percent.

The company has applied for the notes to be listed on Euronext Dublin. The proceeds from the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, including the refinancing of 500 million euro in outstanding notes with a 3.125 percent coupon maturing in May 2028.
