Nissei Plastic Industrial Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6293) entered into Business Integration Agreement to acquire TOYO INNOVEX Co., Ltd. (TSE:6210) from a group of shareholders on November 14, 2025. The consideration consists of common equity of Nissei Plastic Industrial Co.,Ltd. to be issued for common equity of TOYO INNOVEX Co., Ltd.
The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer shareholders and approval of offer by target shareholders. As of January 30, 2026 the transaction has been approved by the shareholders of TOYO INNOVEX Co., Ltd. and Nissei Plastic Industrial Co.,Ltd. The expected completion of the transaction is April 1, 2026.
