NEXT plc (LSE:NXT) acquired Business and certain other assets from Russell & Bromley Ltd for £3.8 million on January 21, 2026. A cash consideration of £3.8 million will be paid by NEXT plc. As part of consideration, £3.8 million is paid towards assets of Business and certain other assets Russell & Bromley Ltd.

The transaction is subject to approval of bankruptcy court.
