On March 12, 2026, New York State Common Retirement Fund announced that it has submitted a shareholder proposal to Charter Communications, Inc., requesting the Company to provide a periodic report disclosing the identity of recipients, as well as the amount, of contributions or expenditures made from the Company?s corporate funds or assets to be used to (a) participate or intervene in any campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office, or (b) influence the general public, or any segment thereof, with respect to an election or referendum, in connection with the shareholders scheduled to be held on April 21, 2026.
