Telecommunications giant Ericsson has appointed its nomination committee ahead of the 2027 Annual General Meeting. Johan Forssell of Investor remains chairman of the committee, while Helena Stjernholm of Industrivärden and Chairman of the Board Jan Carlson also continue as members.

Two changes have been announced simultaneously. Katarina Romberg replaces Anders Oscarsson as the representative for AMF Tjänstepension and AMF Fonder, while Mathias Collén of Afa Försäkring takes over from Cevian Capital's Christer Gardell.
