NEC Corporation announced that its Board of Directors decided upon the dividends to be paid to shareholders based on the record date of March 31, 2026. For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company announced a dividend of JPY 22 per share as compared to JPY 70 per share in the previous year. Effective Date is June 1, 2026.
