MTR Corporation Limited announces that Ms Amy Wong Pui-man has ceased to be an Alternate Director to the office of the Secretary for Transport and Logistics (Ms Mable Chan), a Non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from May 11, 2026, as she has ceased to hold the post of the Deputy Secretary for Transport and Logistics 1 with effect from the same date. Mr. Eddie Lee Lik-kong has taken up the post of the Deputy Secretary for Transport and Logistics 1 with effect from May 11, 2026 and, by virtue of holding such post, has become an Alternate Director to the office of the Secretary for Transport and Logistics (Ms Mable Chan), a Non-executive Director of the Company, with effect from the same date. Mr. Lee (aged 48) joined the Administrative Service of the HKSAR Government in 1999.

He has served in various bureaux and departments, including as the Administrative Assistant to Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development from 2017 to 2022, and the Deputy Secretary for Health 2 from 2022 to May 2026. In his current official capacity as the Deputy Secretary for Transport and Logistics 1, Mr. Lee is an official member of the Town Planning Board and a director of the West Rail Property Development Limited and its subsidiaries. Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from The University of Hong Kong.
