The U.S. investment bank specified that it indirectly holds 3,074,597 Teleperformance shares representing an equivalent number of voting rights, or 5.14% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights of the customer experience management outsourcing specialist.

On May 11, Morgan Stanley had crossed below these same 5% thresholds, also through controlled entities, holding 3.54% of the capital and 3.46% of the voting rights following an off-market share disposal.

Separately, Norges Bank, Norway's central bank, reported that it exceeded the 5% capital and voting rights thresholds in Teleperformance on May 21. It now holds 5.13% of the capital and 5.01% of the voting rights, following an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
