(Alliance News) - Arnoldo Mondadori Spa announced on Monday that, effective immediately, Marco Sciuccati will be the new Director of Human Resources and Organization for the Mondadori Group, reporting directly to CEO Antonio Porro.
Born in Castellanza, in the province of Varese, in 1965, Marco Sciuccati holds a degree in Economics and Business from the Università Cattolica of Milan and is a Professional Counsellor in the corporate and organizational field.
After his early professional experiences at Accenture and DHL, in 1996 he joined The Coca-Cola Company in the Mediterranean area, working in management control, operational marketing, and sales, before moving in 2000 to Bain & Company. His career continued with significant roles in various multinational companies in Human Resources and Organization. From 2003 to 2011, he was at Ferrero International SA, where he served, among other positions, as HR & Organization Director for several group functions. In 2011, he joined Pirelli, holding positions such as HR and Organization Director for Europe, Group Organization Director, and HR Manufacturing and Technical Functions.
In 2018, he joined Candy Hoover Group as Global HR and Organization Deputy Director, and from 2019 to 2022 he was at Haier Europe in leadership roles within Human Resources, including HR Director Operations, Factories & Industrial Relations.
In October 2022, Sciuccati was appointed Chief HR & Organization Director at Lecta, a multinational in the paper industry sector.
Daniele Sacco, who served as Director of Human Resources and Organization at the Mondadori Group for over nine years, has decided to step down from operational duties to focus on new personal and professional projects.
Mondadori shares closed Monday down 1.2% at EUR2.11 per share.
