MNRB HOLDINGS BERHAD announced the resignation of Dato' Sulaiman Mohd Tahir, aged 62, Malaysian, from the position of Member of Risk Committee with effect from October 1, 2025. Dato' Sulaiman Mohd Tahir held the directorate of Non Independent and Non Executive. Following the change, the composition of the Risk Committee is as follows: Junaidah Binti Mohd Said (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director), Dato' Wan Roshdi Bin Wan Musa (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director), and Chin See Mei (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director).
